Home

One of the favorite things is working with people to help them find a place to call home.  Everyone has their own set of criteria and idea of what home means and feels like.  Its personal, a unique combination of essential elements that create the essence home.  Home is where the heart is…A place where you make memories, where your hopes and dreams are.

Community

Your Kitsap connection… Community means different things to different people; connecting you to your specific interests and organizations is one of my goals and passions.  Be it schools, employment, coffee shops, shared activities, spiritual options, medical resources, small business, cultural Opportunities, fitness establishments, I’m your resource!  I love helping people discover new areas and experiences to develop their own community.

Lifestyle

We are blessed to be in the Pacific NorthWest living among the mountains and waterways that shape our culture and recreation.  There are many aspects to life here for you to engage in and enhance your lifestyle.  Relatively mild winters, and beautiful summers lend to a plethora of adventures in the mountains, in the Puget Sound and every-where in between.

Jenn was so patient and supportive as we navigated a tough market. She was always responsive and spent many hours helping us find the right house. Her experience was evident when it came to getting inspections, appraisals, lenders and local resources coordinated. Jenn is friendly, competent and professional- just what we needed!

Our Annual Community Service Day

Every year, our Windermere offices close for our annual Community Service Day. I love giving back to the communities we serve. This year our offices helped Bainbridge Island Land Trust, Bainbridge Youth Services, Silverwood School, Kingston’s Boy Scout Hall, and the Poulsbo Historical Society’s three museums. Watch our video to see some of what we were able to accomplish this year.
